Shadeflower worked with North Lake Contracting on a retainer basis for several years. Together we created some really fun pieces. The owner wanted their image to express elegance and professionalism, but also showcase their creative, funny, approachable side.

As contractors, North Lake had a lot of paperwork, advertisements, and collateral to share with current and potential customers and needed a bold look that tied their brand together. To begin, Shadeflower gave their logo a little facelift, followed by notecards, business cards, signs, fliers, billboards and more.

Shadeflower then updated North Lake’s website to have elegant and clean lines that enabled users to easily navigate the site, make service selections, book appointments, and research products. The sales force also needed a private database they could login to so their forms were in one centralized location. No longer did they have to worry about having the correct paperwork on hand – it was all readily available and stored in the main database. To make this a true mainstream solution, Shadeflower imported an entire customer database into the secure site. Each sales person had a private login to access everything they needed. All they needed when they went to a client site was an electronic tablet!

Shadeflower created door hangers and fliers for when the sales people went door-to-door, along with custom pocket folders filled with partner information, brochures, and fliers to hand out to customers.

To gain and retain customers, we frequently reached out by sending mailers and postcards. The owner loved to mix up advertisements with a variety of looks to keep the customers’ attention.

North Lake was frequently at trade shows, so Shadeflower created floor-to-ceiling booth pieces, regi stands, favors, and large giveaway posters.
